Very nicely decorated building, calm hotel with exceptional location and staff. The property was in a cozy area. 16 miles away from LaGuardia airport. Restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was very clean. Plus their wifi was complimentary.

Great value for money, a truly memorable stay. Brand-new rooms, efficient location, superbly friendly staff. Awesome view, a great balcony, cozy bed, too. The best own beach I've seen before now.

We really loved everything about the hotel, including GOOD location and the food. Comfortable bed in king room with a heating system, a sitting area and a writing desk. Gowanus district definitely deserves exploring. Also, free WiFi was provided.
